Avoided tax losses due to preventive actions

Tax losses avoided thanks to preventive actions, the result of a policy of early detection of VAT carousel fraud, especially thanks to the TNA (Transactional Network Analysis) system developed by the ISI for all EU countries. This is the difference between the average theoretical losses in Europe (Belgian share) and the losses we actually suffered.
