Payments received by nature of debt

This table shows the payments received by the AGPR, classified by nature of debt and by time of receipt (at maturity, after maturity for debts created in the same year, after maturity for debts created in the previous year and after maturity for debts created before the previous year). With regard to source taxes (taxes paid spontaneously on declaration), i.e. VAT, withholding tax and withholding tax, only payments received for debts that have been included in an enforceable title are mentioned. Due to changes in the different IT applications, data cannot be reported for non-tax claims and maintenance claims for years prior to 2021. The distinction made in the payments received shows that the recovery measures carried out make it possible to recover amounts - admittedly smaller - well after the creation of the debt and the beginning of these measures.
