The total number of incoming and outgoing requests based on Directive 2010/24/EU increased by 11% compared to 2021. The total amount of claims to be recovered by the AGPR on behalf of the other Member States decreased by 30.61%. This is due to an important incoming case for which assistance was requested in 2021. The total amount of claims to be recovered by the other Member States on behalf of the AGPR increased slightly by 2.89%. The recovery rate for incoming applications for 2022 was 8.93%, compared with 8.96% in 2021. The recovery rate for outgoing applications for 2022 was 10.72% compared to 12.43% in 2021. Finally, as regards trade to and from non-EU countries, the total number of requests for information increased and remained stable.
