Number of bankrupt summonses

When the conditions are met (cessation of payment and shaking of credit), the AGPR can sue the debtors (companies) with a view to having them declared bankrupt. Over the past two years, the number of citations has declined sharply. This is due to the coronavirus crisis and the restrictions imposed to file for bankruptcy (legal stay and moratorium).
