Analytical table of opinions and decisions of the Commission for access to administrative documents of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation

The CADA is an administrative court, presided over by a magistrate. It receives an appeal from any person who encounters difficulties in consulting or obtaining a copy of an administrative document and judges, in the light of the Decree of 22 December 1994 on publicity of the administration, the relevance of any ground for refusal raised by the administrative authority.
