Statistics Population of Namur - Major age groups with distinction Men and Women by neighbourhood. Indicator: Dependency ratio (Ratio between the number of persons aged 60 and over, the vast majority of whom have completed their period of employment, and persons aged 20 to 59, during their period of employment. This coefficient expressed as a percentage may exceed 100% and, in this case, the number of elderly people considered to be dependent is higher than that of persons of working age. Formula: Total 60 years and over/ Total 20-59 years) - Figures collected on 1 January of each year since 1985. This dataset is used on the Portal "Statistics of the 46 districts of Namur", tab Demographic Observatory of the OPENDATA of the municipality of Namur.
