Approved experts for fuel storage facilities

Order of the Walloon Government of 4 March 1999 (B.M. 11/06/1999) amending Title III of the Regulation on labour protection by inserting special measures applicable to the establishment and operation of service stations. The list will be updated as soon as new experts are approved. Before commissioning or after any modification, an authorised expert in “storage facilities” shall verify the conformity of the facilities of the service station. This check shall cover: TanksPipes and accessoriesImpermeability of installationsOverflow safety devicesLeak detection systemsCathode protection (if necessary)The expert also carries out a leakproofness test of the installations in accordance with the legal requirements.
