The service of philosophies-honorary services collects data on all active religious communities in Antwerp. This as a condition to realize the administrative agreement in which the city conducts an integral policy around location, permit and management of prayer spaces with attention to religious freedoms but also to the impact on the neighborhood and the local residents. Fire safety, noise, mobility and spatial safety are important criteria. The aim of this central overview is, on the one hand, to implement internal policies around publicly accessible infrastructure and, on the other hand, to make this information accessible to an external public. Those interested can find out for themselves who the religious communities active in their city or neighbourhood are. The guess layer contains information about address, type (Roman Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Islamic,...), subtype (stretching, denomination or nationality), non-profit organization number, website and language worship.
