Low deficit zone of regular childcare for 0 to 3 year olds recognized by Child and Family or with a certificate of supervision at neighborhood level (400m and 5 min walk). These are the recognized nurseries, independent nurseries, mini-crèches and independent childminders and childminders affiliated with DVO (Service for Childminders).
