Graphical Registry of Destination Changes

Open Data Antwerpen

This data is kept daily and is therefore always up to date Summary: The graphic register is an overview of the areas in which a change of destination is implemented that can give rise to plan compensation, a plan income tax, and any capital loss or user compensation), as referred to in Article 2.2.2. §1, paragraph 1, 7 ° and 8 ° of the. Flemish Codex for Spatial Planning. This register shows, in accordance with the legislation cited, the parcels on which a change of use takes place that may give rise to compensation or levy. The inclusion of plots of land in that register does not therefore mean that a levy will be imposed in any event or that a fee can be obtained. Each of the schemes is subject to conditions, exceptions or exemptions assessed on a case-by-case basis. The register is therefore not in a position to provide information on the application of those conditions, grounds for exception or grounds for exemption. More information on www, spatial planning, legislation section and on www, codex, vlaanderen, the search term "user compensation".
