INSPIRE - Orthophotos 2021 in Wallonia (BE)

This data layer is an orthorectified and mosaic imagery acquired in 2021 covering the Walloon territory at a resolution of 25 cm. The data is presented here in its INSPIRE compliant version. The Public Service of Wallonia (SPW) periodically produces aerial views of Wallonia in the form of orthophotos. The shots were taken vertically between 6 March 2021 and 25 April 2021. Four spectral bands are available (red, green, blue and near infrared). The minimum longitudinal overlap of successive photos of the same strip shall be 60% with a tolerance of 5%. On the other hand, the minimum lateral overlap between successive parallel strips is 30%, with a tolerance of 5%. The meshes are 2 km by 2km. The metadata of the orthophotos (date and time of shooting, solar angle, etc.) are available as attribute data in the data layer "Orthophotos 2021 - Mesh and Tiling" - Tiling part. The entire Walloon territory is covered.
