Modelled stocks of organic carbon in the 0-100 cm soil layer - error on average

This dataset is an area-covering grid for Flanders (resolution 10 x 10 m) composed of the error on the average of the modelled values for organic C stocks up to 100 cm depth. The layer 'Modeled stocks of organic carbon in the 0-100 cm soil layer - average' contains the values for the average itself. These data were calculated using digital soil mapping based on point observations and area-covering predictor layers. The point observations came from 626 Cmon plots from the Flemish soil carbon monitoring network Cmon. These plots were reported in the third Cmon annual report and contain data of all land use classes in Flanders (field, permanent grassland, nature, forest and land take). Additional Cmon plots are reported annually. Therefore, this modelled map layer will also be updated annually.
