Protected monuments

In this layer you will find all protected monuments. A protected monument is a property that is in the public interest because of its heritage value. Cultural objects that are permanently connected to the monument are always part of the protection. Just think of a paneling, a staircase or furniture that was designed by the architect. If such cultural objects are included in the protection, this is now explicitly stated in the protection decision. The protected monuments are geographically demarcated and attached to the protection decision on a cadastral plan. The resulting dataset is also used to determine which parcels and areas are protected in the context of various processes.
