The dataset contains the following components:Business area: These are the designated areas as they actually exist. The basis of these contours are the most recent digital zoning plans with economic purpose, expanded with the actual contours of use plots that connect to the site in one block and thus form part of the business zone as known in reality. Overview of the use plots within a business park for which information is collected on buildings, function, use and availability and, if known, supplemented with information on bottlenecks (restrictions). Use parcels refers to the visually perceptible (built or unbuilt) parcel, which may consist of a part or several cadastral parcels. Plots offered for sale or rent. Contains a reference to the use parcel, the offering organisation and the website where the parcel is offered.Registered organisation: a table containing the details of all organisations acting as providers of an industrial estate or as developers or managers of an industrial estate. Developable business zone: designated (sub)sites with an ongoing development or (sub)sites that are not (yet) developed.Managed business area: A (part of) a business park on which a form of management is present. This can be a point of contact, digital management or legal management.Planning zone with economic destination (business park in planning): overview of future economic zones or conversion of existing zones into a non-economic destination from draft (re)development plans of a public nature. They are plans in the phase where the date of the plenary session is known or of which the plenary session has already taken place.Vlaio is the authentic geographical data source for the business park and business park plot layers.
