Immovable Heritage Target Plans

A Real Estate Target Plan is a tool to preserve and develop heritage in a defined area or theme for the future. Collaboration and participation are central to the layout. First, all partners work together on a long-term vision for the theme or area. In an action programme, they then formulate which concrete actions they implement to achieve the joint ambitions. The municipality, the province or the Flemish Region can also use a real estate target plan as a basis for delineating a heritage landscape in a spatial implementation plan.
