The analysis of gravimetric data in the context of research into the Brabant Massif was carried out in 2004 by the British Geological Survey in collaboration with GF Consult bvba and the Belgian Geological Service under the supervision of GF Consult. The study was commissioned by the Department of Natural Resources and Energy (ANRE), Department of Economy, Employment, Domestic Affairs and Agriculture of the Ministry of the Flemish Community (VLA04-3.1). The study was integrated into the previously conducted study with regard to the aeroomagnetic data of the Brabant Massif. This map shows the Bouguer gravimetric anomaly (shown in mGal). To calculate the Bouguer anomaly, a reduction density of 2100 kg/m3 was used. The colours on the map range from dark blue (-31.7 mGal) over deep green (0.0 mGal) to red (17.2 mGal). Exact values can be searched in the map layer of the individual data points.
