Number of Start Declarations per Municipality

This dataset gives the number of active and submitted start declarations per province, main municipality, type of works, destination, ifyear and ifmonth. The start declaration form is submitted at building level but in this dataset the start declaration is counted once for each EPB unit in the start declaration form. Example. For a building with 12 apartments (=EPB units), 1 start declaration form will be submitted for the 12 EPB units together but in this dataset the number of start declarations for such a building will be equal to 12. Note that from 2012 a start declaration with precalculation must be submitted, so that more detailed information is available in the start declaration.
