The register of plan compensations provides an overview of areas where a change of destination is implemented that can give rise to plan benefits, plan damage, capital damage or user damage. A new plan that gives a land a new or adapted use can affect the value of that land. Plan damage, capital damage and user damage are financial arrangements in which the government compensates the depreciation of land as a result of a plan change. Under the plan income scheme, citizens pay a tax on the capital gain that land receives as a result of a change in the plan. The register has only an informative and indicative meaning.
