Arrival routes Parkings Gent

This dataset contains a line file with the access routes to the car parks in the city centre of Ghent. The dataset is derived from the GBK_road segments data layer, which contains the line segments between road junctions and is also available as open data. The dataset contains the following attributes: Type - Type of approach route, here always Parking Van - Van refers to the starting point of the route (e.g. R40). The P-numbers always refer to specific car parks (cf. field Parking in dataset 'Locations public car parks Ghent'. If a road segment includes both a route to and from a car park, both are indicated and separated by means of a '-'. To - Refers to the destination of the route (parking). Direction of travel - The direction of travel of the segment: TF : Single direction against digitization direction in FT : Single direction follows the digitization direction N: Inaccessible D: Double direction. RR_Type - Direction type for use approach route. General: the restriction applies to all vehicles (including cyclists). Limited: road gas that is not accessible to motorized traffic in the opposite direction, but is accessible to pedestrians and cyclists. Roundabout: direction of travel due to roundabout. Middle verge: Riding in the opposite direction is possible via parallel road segment with the same street name.
