Overview of the areas in which, pursuant to Article 10 – Article 16 of the Decree of 2 April 2004 on the conversion of the Shipping Agency into an external independent agency under public law, the Vlaamse Waterweg nv (published in the Belgian Official Gazette of 26 May 2004), a right of pre-emption can or could be exercised by the Vlaamse Waterweg nv.
