Buildings with a recovery claim via POI service

Location and address details of premises for which a recovery claim has been drawn up that is included in the register of recovery claims. The data is updated daily. The register of receivables collects all buildings for which the Flemish Housing Inspectorate draws up a receivable in the criminal proceedings for the enforcement of housing quality and for which receivables have not yet been carried out. This register is distinct from the inventory of unsuitable and uninhabitable dwellings, which only contains dwellings that have been declared unsuitable or unsuitable and uninhabitable by decree.
