Presence of creative expression centre(s) subsidised by the FWB

The Centres for Expression and Creativity (CEC) are permanent structures offering numerous workshops in multiple disciplines. They are aimed at all audiences and all ages and develop their activities in relation to the social, economic and cultural context of the populations concerned. Through creative approaches, linked to their environment, they carry out socio-artistic and civic expression projects.
