Participation in a public reading network subsidized by the FWB

The indicator indicates the municipality’s participation in a municipal or inter-municipal public reading network. “Participating” in a network implies that the inhabitants of the municipality have access facilities (geographical proximity but also sometimes registration with little or no cost to the library(s) of the network. It should be noted that participation in a network does not necessarily imply that a library is located in the territory of the municipality itself.
