CRAB address positions

The file contains the house numbers in Flanders and their position. The positions are centroids of cadastral parcels, administrative parcels and buildings according to the GRB to which a house number is linked. The street names in Belgium are also in the file, including a reference to the roads they take for Flanders and Brussels.
