Infiltration-torch gradient in a gradient of gray-white > brown > green > yellow > blue. The blue zones are possible seepage zones and the yellow zones are transitional zones. All green-brown and grey-white zones are infiltration areas at a local scale (0.1 to 1 km). So this is young local seepage that will be base-poor. The water supply to these blue zones will respond to the precipitation surplus of the previous months. In general, these zones are only wet in spring or after a period of extreme precipitation surplus (if these zones do not receive a seepage from the macro-scale seepage currents).
