The user sends one or more photos or documents for storage in the VLOK application, including the metadata of the photos or documents. In response to successful retention, the unique identifiers of the photographs or documents on which the retention action was carried out shall be returned. A municipality can only keep photos or documents of buildings and entities belonging to its own municipality. There is a limitation on the total of photos and documents (by number and file size).
