Aviation advisory map Flanders - version 19/06/2017

This map indicates whether advice should be requested when applying for an environmental permit for a construction that, because of its height, can have an impact on aviation: if the planned construction exceeds the height indicated on the map, the Directorate-General for Aviation of the Federal Public Service Mobility and Transport must be asked for advice.The height indicated on the map is determined by the Flemish Minister responsible for spatial planning, taking into account the joint proposal of the federal ministers responsible for Aviation and Defence. This height is determined per municipality or per clearly defined area in order to protect civil and military aerodromes, visual aviation routes, military aviation zones and civil and military aviation installations for communication, navigation and surveillance (CNS).
