Plan EIA files under the generic DABM procedure

File code PL, 2003-present. The dataset contains the actively public documents of this procedure. Only files for which a notification was declared complete before 20/7/2023 were included in the dataset. The dataset also contains only the further file steps that were completed before this date. This procedure can be followed for very different types of plans and programmes, specifically for RUPs: they are only RUPs for which the notification was declared complete before or on 30 April 2017 and for which the plenary session was held by 31 December 2018. More recent RUPs follow the integrated RUP/m.e.r. procedure and are included in another dataset. If the plan or programme is drawn up for an entire municipality, province or for the whole of Flanders, the relevant municipalities, provinces or the whole of Flanders were included as a contour for the EIA plan. If the plan was drawn up for a certain area and if the plan is included in DSI (for example, a plan EIA for an RUP prior to the integrated RUP/EIA procedure), then the relevant (maximum) contour from DSI was included for the plan EIA. If this link was not found or does not exist (for example, for plans for search zones for wind turbines, the area around an airport or around watercourses, ...), the municipal boundaries of the municipalities in the plan area were used as (too wide) demarcation for the plan EIA.
