Geographical thematic file 'Flemish pre-emption rights'

File containing selected geographical information on the Flemish pre-emption rights, as referred to in the Decree of 25 May 2007 on the harmonisation of pre-emption rights procedures (Belgian Official Gazette, 24 July 2007), which is developed, created, managed, maintained and published by the Digital Flanders Agency. The file consists of RVV records provided by beneficiaries of Flemish pre-emption rights. It contains, on a lot-by-lot basis, which right(s) of pre-emption is (are) vested in a property for a certain beneficiary(ies) for a certain period of time.
