Homes with a certificate of conformity via POI service

Location and address details of dwellings with a valid certificate of conformity. The data is updated daily. The following types occur: certificates of conformity issued by the municipality – certificates of conformity issued by Wonen-Vlaanderen – certificates of conformity issued by the Flemish Housing Inspectorate. A certificate of conformity is issued if a home meets the minimum standards in terms of safety, health and home quality. Conformity certificates are issued to single-family homes, as well as to apartments or rooms. As a result, several homes can have a certificate of conformity in one building.
