Share of dwellings authorised for renovation in relation to the total number of dwellings authorised

The indicator relates to the total number of dwellings authorized (building permits for new construction and renovations) the number of dwellings authorized for renovation. It therefore gives an idea of the future production of housing under renovation in relation to the total production of housing.
