The table shows the number of cadastral income claims received and processed (closed) as a result of cadastral income reporting. For closed claims, the number that has been closed following a judicial (non-amicable) arbitration is specified. A notification note is a letter sent by registered mail to an owner to notify him of his cadastral income. For a complaint to be admissible, the following conditions must be met: 1) The complaint must be submitted within 2 months from the date of notification of the CR (date reproduced on the document). 2) The claim must be sent by registered letter to the office of the Administration Measurements and Evaluations competent for the municipality in which the property is located. 3)You must make a counter-proposal in your complaint, i.e. indicate the CR you are proposing. Data from previous years are recalculated annually on the basis of the latest available data.
