Evolution of the number of homes sold, at national level and by Region

This table shows the evolution of the number of homes sold per year since 2016. Only dwellings with only one dwelling are taken into account so that the table gives an overview of the number of single-family dwelling transactions. Transactions are calculated at the national and pet Region level. We distinguish between the following types of goods: 1) Apartments 2) Houses (2 or 3 facades) 3) Villas (4 facades)
