Provincies in Cijfers

Provincies.incijfers.be collects key figures for environmental analysis from various sources, and brings them together in dashboards, reports and a user-friendly data application with many visualization options. You will find figures on topics such as population and origin, work and economy, education, housing, land use, climate, agriculture, poverty and care. The figures are published as much as possible at the level of statistical sectors, and can be consulted at the level of neighborhoods, districts, municipalities and all kinds of supra-municipal divisions. The figures always cover the five Flemish provinces, and as often as possible include the Brussels region.

Figures and presentations can always be downloaded, and an API is available. Part of the data is already available under an open data license.

The site is offered by the Interprovincial operation Data & Analysis. Data & Analysis offers local governments and organizations in each province support in policy planning. provinces.incijfers.be was set up to support that offer.
