A full download of all the metadata in DCAT-AP (RDF/XML, N-Triples) can be found on github.
In addition to these export files, an experimental Linked Data Fragments / Triple Pattern Fragments server is available on https://ldf.belgif.be/datagovbe. This API service can be used by various open source clients.
An RSS feed is also available.
